What's your number?

My Erdős–Bacon number is "undefined", having neither authored a mathematical paper nor acted in...anything.

I take that back. In 8th grade I was in the chorus of the spring musical, of which I remember very little. The sum of my memories about this episode in my life are as follows:
  • The premise of the musical, I think, was that we were all patients in a mental asylum upon which a road-trpping couple on their honeymoon stumbled while seeking assistance for their broken-down car.
  • From what I recall, it was a light-hearted version of One Flew Over the Cuckoo's Nest, replete with a Nurse Ratchet character. There was a cabby and some guy who thought he was King Tut.
  • I auditioned for the part of Madame Mysteria, who was a medium. As part of my audition I sang the closing theme song to Gilligan's Island. I did not get the part. I was instead assigned to the chorus.
  • The music in the musical was comprised of very few propietary songs, with lyrics like "What was that, that sound in dark, did you hear it?" The rest of the songs were just a hodge-podge of tunes that were only tangentially related to the play (like, somebody mentioning the words "peanut butter", followed by the entire cast erupting into song, singing "peanu-u-u-t..peanut butter...and jelly!" ) I do believe that the King Tut character was written into the play in order to give cause for including Steve Martin's King Tut.
  • The one line I remember is, "Today is Tuesday. Tuesday is stew day."
  • I had to bring my own costume, which consisted of my pajamas and slippers.
  • I don't remember the name of the musical.
