I have no ambitious resolutions this year, like "run for senate" or "learn Czech." My mental tab has recorded the following in the past week:
- Return e-mails that have been sitting in my in-box for 22 months. Additionally, I will respond promptly to future e-mails and voice-mails.
- Improve my grammar.
- Learn how to use the "Call Reject" feature on Dan's cell phone.
- Buy photo emulsion remover.
- Make more stuff. More often. More different. Give it away.
- Devise ways to use my silkscreen in a nursery.
- Run more races. Expand my race t-shirt collection.
- Look into home brewing.
- Get rid of more stuff. Give toys and clothes away.
- Get my Mystery of Harris Burdick prints framed.
- Wear perfume. Not eau de toilette. Perfume. The goods.
- Get my car fixed: banish the Eye of Sauron that the "Check Engine" light on my console has become. Once and for all. Observe:
